In my current role as Vice President of Talent Success & DEI at OLX, I own and drive all facets of talent strategy, including Branding, Acquisition, Development, Management, Engagement, and DEI. Prior to joining OLX, I held senior HR and Talent leadership positions at esteemed companies such as Zalando GmbH, Accenture, and MphasiS (formerly HP Company).
