Previously, for 7 years Artur worked in the Volvo Group, heading HRIS Operations of the group globally. He started his career by co-founding an internet start-up as a University student and continued in various management roles, working mostly in IT and engineering fields, for many years in multinational companies in the global roles. During his career, Artur has been creating, changing, and transforming organizations he managed and led. He has profound knowledge about the wide range of business processes and is using a strategic business perspective when approaching his work challenges. In his work, he likes to see a big picture, thinking precisely, not necessarily relying on commonly accepted assumptions. Artur holds a master’s degree in law from University of Wrocław and MBA from Wrocław University of Economics.
