Alёna is an executive search professional with a background in business & organisational psychology and a passion for diversity, technology, and social impact. She is originally from Belarus, educated in Austria, a naturalized Dutch citizen and currently calls London her home.

In her current role as Global Research Lead for Executive Talent Acquisition, she is responsible for establishing a global centre of excellence for executive talent acquisition sourcing in order to evolve the in-house research capability at Visa. Prior to joining Visa, Alёna was a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications as well as Technology Officer Practices at Spencer Stuart as EMEA Practice Associate in London and, prior to that, in Amsterdam, specializing in executive leadership search assignments across the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

Outside of work, you can find Alёna travelling the world, snowboarding down snow-peaked mountains, exploring new foodie places in London and taking (way too many) pictures or her Scottish Fold cat, Lёlka.

Artur is a People and Culture professional with a very strong focus on the value provided by P&C to support the company's strategic goals. He shapes work cultures that create conditions for high engagement, innovation and employee satisfaction. Artur works as a Chief HR and GA Officer in the Siili Auto. Previously, for 7 years Artur worked in the Volvo Group, heading HRIS Operations of the group globally. He started his career by co-founding an internet start-up as a University student and continued in various management roles, working mostly in IT and engineering fields, for many years in multinational companies in the global roles. During his career, Artur has been creating, changing, and transforming organizations he managed and led. He has profound knowledge about the wide range of business processes and is using a strategic business perspective when approaching his work challenges. In his work, he likes to see a big picture, thinking precisely, not necessarily relying on commonly accepted assumptions. Artur holds a master’s degree in law from University of Wrocław and MBA from Wrocław University of Economics.
