Matt is a passionate and creative business mentor and executive coach, highly experienced in initiating and leading business transformation and change. He has specific experience in building high performing teams that have delivered both effective organisational change and digital change. He has credible large-scale experience across Europe, Scandinavia and the Americas and has also lived and worked in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to founding his own business, he led and grew numerous consulting teams - first in the ‘delivery of complex transformational change’ and secondly in ‘strategic change and organisational transformation’. He is extremely experienced in both working alongside and in challenging c-suite leaders.

Having worked in both the UK and internationally with a wide variety of global brands, Matt uses his creative background, combined with his finely honed business skills and intuition to provide coaching and mentoring at all levels within an organisation. He is especially adept at working with both established seasoned executives and also with rising / future talent, helping them to understand areas for improvement and has a strong track record developing entry level staff into high performers and into leadership roles.

Matt is an extremely experienced facilitator, able to work with the most challenging teams and individuals both in a group setting and on a one-to-one basis. He has an extremely strong track record of building excellent client relationships and in leaving organisations and teams in a better place than when he arrived. He has a history of being asked to step into complex team environments - and on more than one occasion, into a failing team environment – with the ask of getting the team back on track and delivering effectively together. Turning team cohesion and performance around is something Matt both relishes and thrives-on. He holds a level 5 Executive coaching certificate with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and currently maintains a client portfolio that spans the UK, North America and Asia.

Matt’s client record not only includes some of the leading global brands but regularly leads him to work with industry leading companies. In recent years he has led strategic change (including coaching and development of senior leaders) in the UKs largest M&E firm, the number one waste management company in the UK, the second largest events company in the UK, the number one social housing company in the UK as well helped see successful turnaround and transformation of companies listed on NASDAQ as well as companies listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE).
