Jo Carlin is a Board-level HR and transformation leader with over twenty years’ experience shaping people’s strategy and organisational change across the UK and Europe, with broader leadership exposure across EMEA. Her career spans Manufacturing, Hospitality, FMCG, Life Sciences, BPO, and Renewables. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director within the higher education sector, alongside previous governance roles in sport.
At executive and board level, Jo has led large-scale transformation, acquisition and integration programmes, operating model redesign and culture shifts delivering measurable commercial impact. Her work focuses on how organisational culture influences risk, performance, and strategic delivery in organisations navigating digital acceleration and complex change.
A qualified Executive Coach with master’s degrees in Psychological Science and Business, Jo combines behavioural insight with commercial pragmatism to help organisations align culture with strategy under pressure.
