Having worked in HR for 30 years, I'm currently HR Director, Culture & Belonging at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), where I lead the creation of an environment that is psychologically safe and deeply human. I work at all three levels of intervention – Self, Team and Enterprise. Over the past 3 years my work has included the development of JLR's Purpose and behavioural code which we're embedding into the organisation through innovative and impactful cultural interventions. My work also includes individual and team coaching at Board level.
