Working across EMEA and APAC, she drives market expansion and measurable business impact within the Employer of Record (EoR) and global payroll landscape.

Throughout her career, Givanny has played a key role in accelerating growth within high-growth international organisations, translating sales strategy into scalable execution. This was most evident at Shield GEO, where she was the first sales hire and, working closely with the co-founder, built the sales function, defined the sales strategy, grew and mentored the sales team, and drove sustained revenue growth. Her impact supported Shield GEO’s scale and maturity, contributing to its successful acquisition by Velocity Global (now Pebl).

She has since held senior & leadership roles across sales, customer success, and business development, partnering closely with founders and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable global employment solutions. Givanny holds a BCom (Hons) in Business Management and Marketing and is passionate about helping organisations expand internationally with clarity, confidence, and lasting impact.
