Clemens Siegfanz leads strategic P&C projects at SAP SE in Walldorf, focusing on restructurings, reorganizations, and workforce transformation. During the first half of his 26-year tenure at SAP, he worked in product- and development-related areas, concentrating on solution, partner, and integration management, before moving to HR Merger & Acquisitions in 2012. Over the past four years, he has been working in Organizational Design & New Work with the focus on cross-functional HR re-organization projects and programs. With the responsibility for Technology, Platforms & Workflows, he leads also the configuration, the implementation and the rollout of the Ingentis org.manager.
