Julian Stodd is a researcher, writer, artist, and explorer, who has authored twenty one books exploring aspects of leadership, learning, culture, and change, in the context of the Social Age. He was awarded the Colin Cordor award for Services to Learning by the LPI in 2016 and sits as a Special Advisor to the World Health Organisation on Social Learning. A pioneering theorist on Social Learning, his work on Social Leadership has been adopted across a broad range of complex global organisations. He is also the founder of Sea Salt Learning, a global consulting organisation, working with clients such as Apple, Novartis, Zurich, BAE and Toyota, supporting strategic planning and capability building.
