Mark Hendy is Chief HR Officer at Siderise, a global leader in passive fire and acoustic solutions. A seasoned C Suite people leader with more than two decades of experience across some of the UK’s largest and most complex organisations, Mark began his career as an HR apprentice in the steel industry before progressing through senior roles in mining, healthcare, aerospace and construction products.

His career spans the full breadth of strategic HR leadership, including organisational development, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, leadership capability and culture transformation. Known for his pragmatic, people centred approach, Mark has built a reputation for helping organisations strengthen performance by developing authentic leaders who can thrive in complexity.

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Center for Evidence-Based Management, he was named in the inaugural CIPD HR30 list in 2025, recognising his contribution to the HR profession.
