Aneta believes in the power of people to grow, adapt, and shape their own path. This belief guides her work as Head of Attraction, Learning & Development at HypoVereinsbank – UniCredit Germany, a role she has held since July 2024, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen the bank’s learning culture, talent development practices, and future skills agenda.

With a career of almost two decades across the UniCredit Group in Germany, Austria, Italy and Central and Eastern Europe, Aneta has held global, regional, and local People & Culture leadership roles, building expertise in talent and leadership development, change management, and strategic HR transformation.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Entrepreneurship and in Italian Language and Literature, complemented by a Diploma in Executive Coaching - an academic and professional combination that provides a solid foundation in both human centered development and business transformation. Aneta brings energy, curiosity, and a reflective mindset to her work. She is passionate about supporting managers and employees in taking development into their own hands - encouraging ownership, confidence, and continuous learning as key drivers of personal and organizational growth.
