Alёna is an executive search professional with a background in business & organisational psychology and a passion for diversity, technology, and social impact. She is originally from Belarus, educated in Austria, a naturalized Dutch citizen and currently calls London her home.

In her current role as Global Research Lead for Executive Talent Acquisition, she is responsible for establishing a global centre of excellence for executive talent acquisition sourcing in order to evolve the in-house research capability at Visa. Prior to joining Visa, Alёna was a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications as well as Technology Officer Practices at Spencer Stuart as EMEA Practice Associate in London and, prior to that, in Amsterdam, specializing in executive leadership search assignments across the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

Outside of work, you can find Alёna travelling the world, snowboarding down snow-peaked mountains, exploring new foodie places in London and taking (way too many) pictures or her Scottish Fold cat, Lёlka.
