Beyond the Breaking Point: A People Leader's 30-Minute Burnout Masterclass
Beyond the Breaking Point is a focused, practical 30-minute masterclass designed to equip People Leaders with psychologically informed strategies to recognise, prevent, and respond effectively to burnout, both in themselves and within their teams.
Grounded in real-world leadership insights, including from NHS and emergency service contexts, this session integrates principles of psychological flexibility, stress physiology, and leadership behaviour to help attendees navigate high-pressure environments with resilience and compassion.
People leaders attending this session will gain actionable tools to foster a culture where wellbeing, clarity of purpose, and sustainable performance can co-exist.
This Breakfast Briefing is open to all attendees and is included as part of your ticket fee.
This is all possible due to us being part of the Thrive at Work Week, a joining together of three of the UK's leading workplace events. The HR Minds Summit & Health and Wellbeing at Work & The Inclusive Workplace Conference
